You're not stuck on talent. You're stuck on the how.
Here's what I know about you before we've ever spoken.
You're good at your thing. Actual people have told you so. You've got a folder of half-finished logos, a document called "brand stuff" you haven't opened since spring, and a nagging feeling that everybody else got a manual you never received.
You've bought the course. You watched three modules. Then life happened and it sat there.
That's not a discipline problem. That's a no-blueprint problem.
A course can't see you. It can't look at your actual offer and tell you the price is wrong, or that your message is fuzzy in the exact spot where it needs to be sharp. It just hands you information and wishes you luck.
What you needed was somebody in the room. Somebody who's already walked it, looking at your real thing and saying, "do this, now do that, now go fix this."
That's the whole reason The HerWae Studio exists.
I can look at a woman's work and tell her what's missing.
That's the superpower. Not making it pretty. Naming the gap, then handing you the steps to close it.
We guide, you build.
I'm not here to build your brand for you and hand it back like a takeout order. You learn to do it, which means you can do it again next year without me. A brand you built yourself is a brand you can actually run.
Wait until it's clear, then move.
I don't believe in grinding your way to clarity. I believe in getting clear first and then moving fast. Your hesitation isn't failure. Half the time it's information.
It's smaller than it looks.
Big goals are small goals, compounded. One offer sold once is one offer sold. You don't need a crowd, you need the math made real and the very next step made obvious.
I built a business, and then I built a mess.
I was seven years old the first time I tried to sell something. I dragged a little beach chair to the side of the road and tried to sell rocks I found on the ground to cars going by. My sign was notebook paper. One person stopped, and the only thing they told me was that they couldn't read my sign.
I made zero sales. That was my first brand strategy lesson and I'm still teaching it today: your audience has to be able to understand your message.
At seventeen, a free seminar at a hotel introduced me to Rich Dad Poor Dad. Business owner, employee, or professional service provider. Pick your lane. At the end of three days came the real pitch, around ten thousand dollars, and they sent us up to our hotel rooms to call people for the money. I called my aunt. I was seventeen. Of course she didn't have ten thousand dollars.
I cried. That was my first closed door, locked out of the education because I didn't have the money for it. It was also my second marketing lesson: marketing can move you to do things against yourself when it taps into your insecurity.
So I went and got a job like everybody else.
Monday through Thursday, 12 hour shifts at an insurance company, back to back phone calls, 30 minute lunch breaks that weren't long enough for a decent nap. I hated it. But I want to be fair to that job, because it became the exact motivation I needed to figure this out.
So I started a business. And for six years I did it the hard way. Everything myself. Not charging right. Making promises I struggled to deliver on.
Then one day I looked up and realized my clients had become my new 9 to 5. I had traded one boss for a dozen of them. I wasn't free, I was just self-employed and exhausted.
I wasn't building a business. I had built a mess.
And then I burnt out. Like seriously burnt out so bad that Spirit sat me down for a whole year.
It was miserable at first. Resting instead of working felt like watching my life leave without me. But somewhere in that year it turned. I started taking long nature walks. My nervous system settled all the way down. Six months later I suddenly lost my father in law, and I was regulated enough to actually be present for my family through it.
That's the year I understood what I'm really selling. Not logos. Not launches.
Freedom. Real freedom.
So I tore that brand down and built this one, an easier way to do what I was already doing. I kept the two things those six years taught me: that my skills could make me money, and how to build the structure so the business itself does the hard work.
Now I hand both of those to you, in order, with somebody in the room.
Two sisters, both Leos, both in your corner.
You won't be doing this with strangers.
"You bring the gift. I'll help you build the brand around it."
I spent a decade making other women's brands look as good as they deserved while mine sat quiet in the background. So I know exactly what it's like to have the thing and not the words for it.
I've got a Marketing degree, a decade and change of doing this, and a habit of telling women the truth about their work when nobody else will. Outside of the Studio you'll find me on a long walk, coloring something, or deep in a Bravo marathon with my phone face down.
"Her number one job? To be your biggest cheerleader."
Cavias is the one in your corner on the days the work feels heavy and the win feels far off. She keeps your deadlines honest and your momentum steady, so nothing you start quietly slips away.
When something stalls, she notices before you do. Think of her as the friend who believes in your brand before you fully do, and won't let you talk yourself out of it.
Things about me that never make it into a bio
I'm a millennial girlie, so YouTube has always been my platform. I will watch a 40 minute "morning routine" video like it's cinema.
I unfollowed the messy gossip accounts on purpose. I'm protecting my peace, and honestly my algorithm is so much nicer now.
Rich Dad Poor Dad genuinely changed the direction of my life at seventeen and I still think about that hotel ballroom.
At fifteen I wrote business plans for fun. There was a whole plan for a daycare I was going to call Little Pirates. I have always known I'd find my way to financial freedom.
My nature walks are non-negotiable. That's not a wellness aesthetic, that's the thing that keeps me regulated enough to do this work well.
And yes, I'll cuss on a coaching call. Lovingly.

One book turned into a whole dynasty. Watch Pastor Tonya Harden tell it in her own words.
Now let's go build yours.
